Resources for Child Care educates and supports families by:

• Counseling parents on quality care options. Resources for Child Care connects families with quality licensed child care options in their community, provides customized profiles and referrals to quality licensed child care providers.

• Determining eligibility; administering subsidies and scholarships. If you are a Massachusetts resident and would like to see if you qualify for assistance in paying for child care, click: www.eec.state.ma.us.

• Disseminating free information on child care and development. Qualified staff provide information on a wide range of topics from quality child care and child development to health and safety issues.

• Offering Enhanced Child Care options for children with special needs. The Disabilities Specialist assists parents in finding an inclusive child care program, makes referrals to local, statewide and national organizations that have resources regarding special needs.

• Referring to other community services as needed.

Resources for Child Care is a Child Care Resource and Referral Program. As a Resource and Referral Program we provide consumers seeking child care with referrals to multiple care providers. Resources for Child Care does not make recommendations to any specific program.
